Progressive Health Detox

There are 5 main components to the Progressive Health Pro Detox: Diet, Rest, Exercise, Stress Reduction, and Supplemention. We also break the program up into 3 phases: Pre-tox, Detox, and Recovery.
The Pre-tox phase is 7 days of preparing your body for the true detox. For most people, this is the step that gets missed. During the Pre-tox phase we focus on clearing out toxins that are backed up and preparing your digestive, detoxification, immune, and metabolic systems for optimal performance. That means following the recommendations for each of the 5 components to a T. If you fall off the wagon, don’t worry, 3 extra days in Pre-tox will prepare you for the next phase.
The Detox phase is a 1 day juice fast to put the body in fat burning mode. Most stored toxins are hidden in fat tissue to keep them from causing damage in general circulation. By metabolizing the fat, we get the opportunity to dump those toxins out of the body.
The Recovery phase is also often overlooked and can waste the whole program if not followed correctly. Coming off of a fast can be a shock for your body. We spend 2 days helping your body ease back in to normal life and make sure that any leftover toxins floating around get flushed away.
