Our process starts with an initial consultation to learn more about you, draw out a road map for your journey, and give you our recommendation on how we can get you there.
This 1 hour appointment is for us to meet and put together a plan for helping you reach your goals. We will discuss:
– Medical, injury, and exercise history
– Current situation and concerns
– Goals moving forward
We will also perform a body composition analysis and movement assessments as needed.
This allows us to create a customized fitness program to fit your needs and fast track your journey.
