Training for athletic performance has evolved immensely over the last 20 years. It's not just about building bigger and stronger muscles anymore. Our Progressive Performance Training focuses all aspects of sport and performance. We focus on building neuromuscular efficiency along with strength in our athletes. That means improving balance, coordination, agility, reaction time, and sport specific movement. We also use cutting-edge injury prevention and recovery techniques to keep athletes well tuned and get them back on the field quickly and safely after an injury.

Assessment Process

Assess, don't guess. Each athlete has different weaknesses and risks for injury. Our assessment process analyzes and identifies these in each athlete giving us a fast track to improving where they need it most. We also assess performance in sport specific ways such as 40 yard dash, broad jump, 3 cone drill, etc.

Soft Tissue Mobilization, Kinesiology Taping, Vibration Therapy, and Functional Electrical Stimulation

We use these cutting edge techniques to reduce pain, correct movement, speed recovery, and improve athletic performance. These modalities are most commonly used in physical therapy settings but we bring them into performance training to get faster results and keep athletes on the field.

Program Design

Every sport, every position, and every athlete is unique in their goals and needs. Our performance enhancement programs are tailored to each of those points. By examining the specific demands of each athlete we are able to improve their body and link it directly to performance on the court or field. Our athletes progress through various phases of training to assure that they are improving in multiple aspects of performance while accounting for the season their sport is in.
