Rudy Pinzon - Kinesiologist
In 2008, I battled with cancer. It was a long and stressful period of my life and despite my successful treatment; I was left in pain and stuck in bed. For almost a year, I couldn’t do a single stretch let alone exercise, and I lost all the confidence I had in myself. But despite all the physical and mental strain, I did not quit. I found the strength and motivation to pick myself back up.
Armed with a burning desire to restore my previous fitness levels, build back the muscle and my faith in God, I set out to improve my life. I learned the importance of taking my fitness journey one step at a time and remaining patient through the process.

Philosophy
I treat my clients as individuals, I don’t bundle them together like cattle and hand out the same overused information and meal plans. I tailor my personal training to each and every one of my clients. Whether you live a busy lifestyle or if you’re looking to improve your mobility and athletic performance, I aim to not only meet but exceed your expectations of a personal trainer. Teaching and coaching others is a passion of mine, not just a career. I aim to make you feel and look better than you ever have in the past, and together we can help you achieve your goals of living a healthier and carefree life with an active lifestyle.
