Nick Lewis - Kinesiolgist, Sports Psychologist
Nick has been an athlete his whole life as he grew up focusing on baseball and golf. After his time serving our country in the United States Army, he studied to become a Mental Skills Training specialist, with a B.A and Graduate Degree in Sport and Performance Psychology with an emphasis on Behavioral Modification. His love for golf and helping people perform better, led him to earn his Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) certification that not only allows him to assess someone’s level of fitness and flexibility for golf but also diagnose and design a corrective program to help them be more aware of their body, play better golf and enhance their overall fitness level. Nick loves educating people on the art of making their mind the strongest muscle in the body by overcoming fears and perceived limitations through positive reinforcement and a dedication to each and every individual client. Nick has fought through many injuries both personally and athletically, which drove him to this field as well as to become a fitness, sport, and health professional. His passion is to educate and develop athletes of all ages and skill levels to reach their true potential. During his free time, Nick enjoys hiking with his two Pitbulls, listening to audiobooks, and volunteers coaching multiple different youth sports within the community.
